Symptom narrative

Pt had 3 vaccines. two vaccines, capvaxive and twinrix was on the left arm and she got shingrix on the right arm. She said the left arm is fine, however, the right arm has a big rash on her right upper arm. She also felt nauseated, sweating alot and has fatigue after getting the vaccine. She haven't tried any treatment, however, she was recommend to use ice on the site and take tylenol for the pain if needed.

she has hypertension , blood pressure before taking medication was 160/103. her temperature was normal at 97 degrees
