Symptom narrative

Patient started to faint as he was sitting for 10-15 minutes after receiving vaccination. We rushed to his aid and then he started to shake (resembling a seizure) so we guided him to the floor and protecting his head making sure he didn't bump against anything. That lasted maybe 3-4 minutes. We then laid him down on his back and called 911. they arrived 3-5 minutes later and took over.
