Symptom narrative

When checking on the donor 15 minutes after his TDAP was administered, donors left arm was noted to have a welt and redness at the sight that was approximately 4.25 x 3 inches in size. He reported having an initial "aching pain" at the site, that reduced to a "dull ache" in the 15 minutes he was waiting. Donor had no other signs of allergic reaction and no other complaints. Donor was observed for any signs or symptoms of allergic reaction progression. No signs or symptoms were noted. Donors welt and redness decreased in size over the time he was observed. Donor was contacted the next day and reported that the welt, redness and dull ache has continued to improve though has not completely resolved.
