Symptom narrative

Patient came in with her arm swollen with a big rash that was starting to blister. She said that she woke up with her arm like that and didn't take any medications for it at all when she came in at 5:30 pm. I had her take benadryl and told her to take aleve and apply cortisone as soon as possible to help with the reaction. I also recommended she see a doctor as soon as possible for stronger medication. I asked her why she didn't call us in the morning and she said that she wanted to come in person and had to wait for someone to bring her.
