appearance of extremely itchy patches skin cover almost both outer arms for many weeks.

Dr. prescribed Fluocinonide Ointment USP, 0.05% for applying over the itchy skin for 3 weeks, the patches disappeared but later they appeared on other places on the head, looked like Psoriasis.
