4/26/26: Evening-Initially fatigue, soreness at injection site and mild nausea. Sleep through entire night without getting up to urinate which is unusual. 4/27/26 @ 0430am: My sleep alarm went off to get up for work, I went to get up to go to the rest room like I normally do, I immediately started walking to left with sudden onset of severe vertigo, nausea, blurry vision, There was no way I was going to be able to drive my kids to school or myself to work, I called Telehealth doctor and they sent in script for meclizine, and zofran and was advised to take Benadryl due to recent vaccination and history of adverse reaction to vaccines. My husband was Out of the state and couldn't pick up my script until he returned, no family available for script pickup. I slept entire day of 4/27/26, zero appetite, mild headache, . 4/28/26 my husband brings home script that evening after he returns home from work, I slept entire day of 4/28/26 with severe vertigo, nausea, irritability, no appetite, mild headache, chills, pain at injection site, Medications were not all called in as advised by original doctor; teledoc was called back, new script sent in, my husband had to drive into town to a 24 hour pharmacy. 4/29/26; severe vertigo, severe fatigue, muscle spasms at injection site, distal neuropathy of upper extremities and lower, nausea, no appetite, irritability, no fever. These symptoms have persisted in the severe form since evening of May 1, 2026. I am still mildly symptomatic and have been started on a steroid pack as of yesterday afternoon.
