Symptom narrative

Patient reports that a couple of days after getting the vaccines, her left arm became red, swollen, hot and itchy. This lasted several days. Starting about 1 week after, she says she became extremely fatigued with headache, achiness, feeling feverish. Her arm is better, but the other symptoms have persisted for over 3 weeks. She has taken ibuprofen and tylenol. She hasn't been to the doctor but has an appointment next week for something else and will mention this to them.
