Lab data

On 11/04/2021, I experienced an elevated serum parathyroid hormone of 87 pg/ml (reference range 14-64 pg/ml) My serum calcium was 9.5 mg/dl(reference range 8.6-10.4). On 4/15/2022, parathyroid elevated 91 pg/ml (refence range 16-77 pg/ml) Calcium was normal at 9.2.Since those 2 elevated parathyroid levels, it has been repeated on 5 different occasions and all results have been within normal limits. No doctor has said that the elevated parathyroid levels were cause by the Covid shot. I have read that it has caused decreases in parathyroid hormone so could it also affect the hormone being elevated?
