Caller has a patient presenting with soreness administered with Prevnar 20 adult; This is a spontaneous report received from a Physician. An adult patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Caller has a patient presenting with soreness administered with Prevnar 20 adult". Additional information: Caller had a patient presenting with soreness administered with Prevnar 20 adult. They want to check what they could do about it. Submitted AE due to adverse reaction from Prevnar 20 Adult administered a month ago. The information on the batch/lot number for pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
