On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, 2 weeks after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced muscle pain (Verbatim: still having horrible post exertional muscle pain). The outcome of the muscle pain was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the muscle pain to be related to Shingles vaccine.
