Symptom narrative

2 month old was administered Kinrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number y49bz, expiry date 17-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-APR-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 17-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 2 month old was administered Kinrix). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
