On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On 22-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: Suspecetd vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: I had the shingles vaccine and here I am still suffering a lot of horrible pain leftover from shingles). On an unknown date, the patient experienced post herpetic neuralgia (Verbatim: post herpatic neuralgia). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles and post herpetic neuralgia were not resolved. The patient was well over the age of 50 years By April 19, the reporter was still suffering from a lot of horrible pain left over from shingles, It was certainly no fun at all. The batch number was not provided, and we were unable to contact the reporter.
