Neck pain; had her first dose of Shingrix administered over a year ago; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of neck pain in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received over a year ago). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, 1 day after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced neck pain (Verbatim: Neck pain) and drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: had her first dose of Shingrix administered over a year ago). The outcome of the neck pain was unknown and the outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
