A 45-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (dose 1), for COVID-19 immunisation; Bnt162b2 (dose 2), for COVID-19 immunisation. The following information was reported: LIVER INJURY (medically significant), outcome "not recovered", described as "Pfizers booster cooked his liver and states they still found it in his liver 2 to 3 years later and now has stage 4."; BLISTER (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "whole arm blistered"; WEIGHT INCREASED (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "his normal weight is 171 to 173, but it is not that, yesterday when he went to the doctor it was 197 pounds". Clinical course: The patient's baseline weight was reported as 171 to 173 pounds; however, most recently, his weight was noted as 197 pounds during a physician visit. The reporter alleged that the Pfizer booster "cooked his liver" and stated that the product was still detectable in his liver 2 to 3 years later. He reported that he had progressed to stage 4 and mentioned a potential need for spleen removal. He further described that his whole arm blistered after receiving the injection. He would need to review his medical records for confirmation. At the time of reporting, the patient described his condition as worsening. The reporter stated that he was at end of life and experiencing brain fog, which he attributed to ammonia gas poisoning. The reporter indicated that he had contacted Pfizer multiple times previously regarding this issue but reported that he had not received follow-up communication and stated that calls were often disconnected. This was noted to be his first interaction with the safety department. He expressed significant dissatisfaction, stating that Pfizer had "robbed him" of his life and quality of life, and requested information on what Pfizer is doing to help individuals experiencing similar issues.
