Patient came in with menstrual concerns, vaccine was given before provider spoke to patient and before a pregnancy test was done to confirm or rule out pregnancy. The pregnancy test came back positive. Patient has a 16 month old child. Last period was March of 2026. Due date is estimated for December 2026
