Symptom narrative

By evening on 4/24, patient developed stomach upset/pain, did not want to eat. On the following day 4/25, patient had many spontaneous episodes of diarrhea lasting the entirety of the day. Imodium was administered in the evening. Patient also had fatigue on 4/25 and 4/26.
