A 17-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 28Jun2022 at 14:30 as dose 2, single (Lot number: FP7135) at the age of 17 years, in arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE 1, Manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 vaccination. The following information was reported: CARDIAC ARREST (death, prolonged hospitalization, disability, life threatening, medically significant) with onset Jul2022, outcome "fatal", COVID-19 (death, prolonged hospitalization, disability, life threatening, medically significant), DRUG INEFFECTIVE (death, prolonged hospitalization, disability, life threatening, medically significant) all with onset 18Jul2022, outcome "fatal" and all described as "Caught Covid and went into cardiac arrest 3 times 20 days after her injection.
