Temperature excursion; This Spontaneous report was received from a physician assistant (also reported as office manager) concerning a 12-year-old (conflicting information, also reported as 11-year-old) Male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 03-Mar-2026, he was vaccinated with the second dose of an improper stored Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), prefilled syringe, (Batch/Lot Number: Y013818, expiration date: 12-Feb-2027), via Intramuscular on left arm as prophylaxis. This is one of several cases received from the same reporter.
