No adverse event; Improper storage of product in use; This spontaneous report was received from a Other health professional and refers to a 13-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Historical drugs included Gardasil 9 (HPV vaccine VLP rL1 9v (yeast)). Concomitant medications included Menquadfi (Meningococcal vaccine A/C/Y/W conj (tet tox)). The vaccine Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9) (lot #Y013818, expiration date: 12-Feb-2027) was improperly stored (47.4 F for 1 hour and 28.9 F for 45 minutes on 04-FEB-2026). On 16-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of this vaccine, 1 dosage form administered by Intramuscular route in Right Arm for Prophylaxis (Product storage error). No additional AE/No PQC reported. This case was received from the same reporter with the case US-009507513-2395843.
