Symptom narrative

Patient had fever and chills that started the evening after the vaccinations. She then had extreme arm soreness, swelling, and redness that worsened throughout the next two days. Total redness/swelling of area about approximately the size of a softball. Patient did not take anything to treat it. She was given direction to Ice it , take OTC pain relieves, and antihistamines to help relieve discomfort.
