Symptom narrative

Temperature excursion; No symptomatic events were reported; This spontaneous report was received from a Physician Assistant and refers to a 17-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies, drug reactions or allergies were not reported. On 05-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot #Y020531 established as valid, expiration date: 05-Aug-2027), administered Intramuscularly (IM) in the Left Arm (LA) as prophylaxis; dose which underwent a temperature excursion. No symptomatic events were reported. This is one of several cases reported by the same reporter.
