Symptom narrative

Possible erythema, edema, pain around injection site with fever up to 103. Picture complicated by possible cellulitis, which was not present during vaccination. Patient presented 3 days after injection with cellulitis vs injection site reaction. Started on augmentin outpatient, required cefazolin while inpatient.
