States that day after her rabies injection she has lost some sensation in her neck and decrease in taste. Vital signs normal. Voices 0 other c/o. States she will call 911 if condition worsen Encouraged to notify PCP as well. Is calm in no apparent distress. Thanks staff and moves all extremities equal and well. Speech clear. Smile equal. .
