Symptom narrative

2 days after receiving vaccines (5/3/26) mom states redness started to left upper extremity between the shoulder and elbow. redness and swelling worsening on Monday 5/4/26. School nurse sent to PMD for evaluation. Due to extensive symptoms of redness, swelling, hot to touch and pain sent child to the nearest ER for further evaluation and possible IV antibiotics for cellulitis.
