Symptom narrative

Pt developed hives to his chest, abdomen, and back within 6-7 hours of receiving his Hep A and Prevnar vaccines. The rash was present for approximately 45 minutes and did spontaneously resolve on it's own without any interventions.

Current illness

Pt was treated for an ear infection on 4/16/26.
