Caller referenced prior TE case# 02983731, in which MMR-II was evaluated and found to be not supported after a temperature excursion o; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a 58-year-old female patient. The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, concomitant medications, previous drugs reactions or allergies were not reported. On 29-APR-2026, the patient was accidentally vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), lot #Z006678 has been verified to be a valid lot number, expiration date reported as 28-Mar-2027, administered for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration and anatomical site of injection were not provided) and with sterile diluent (lot #, expiration date, route o administration, anatomical site of injection and indication were not reported). The suspect therapies were administered following a temperature excursion that occurred on 16-APR-2026, during which the temperature reached 50.7 F for 20 hours and 25 minutes (Product storage issue). There were no previous temperature excursions, and no additional adverse events were reported (no adverse event).
