Symptom narrative

Note: I?m not sure of the manufacturer of my TDaP vaccine. Severe fibromyalgia flare up, triggered migraine, nausea, blurry vision comes and goes, skin feels like sunburned from inside out, extreme itching on left shoulder, neck, and chest area, spine pain triggered, extra intense nerve pain. Starting by the evening of receiving the vaccination.

Current illness

None.

Medical history

Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic migraines, Raynard?s syndrome, post surgical encephalomalacia, hyper mobility, scoliosis, vertigo and other dizziness, tinnitus.

Other medications

Sertrilene, Gabapentin, Symbacort, Amloydipin.

Allergies

Fish, shellfish, crustaceans, gluten intolerant, wheat, barley, legumes (peanuts, soy, peas, etc), tree nuts, latex, nickel.
