Symptom narrative

Patient came in for 2nd dose of both Shingrix and Heplisav-b. Chief complaints are this injection feels much worse than previous with notably more soreness at the injection site and feeling very sick including symptoms of nausea, "shakes", and a fever of 101 F. Patient had Zofran on hand to mitigate the nausea was advised to take an antipyretic for the fever and to call if symptoms persist.
