Suspected vaccination failure; got the new one and she has had shingles twice; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine with an associated reaction of herpes zoster (got the first shingles vaccine and had shingles 4 times). On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine.
