Symptom narrative

Rash noticed in diaper region and on bilateral cheeks the day following the vaccination. Pt was seen in office on 5/4/26- diaper dermatitis was diagnosed to be candida infection and prescribed nystatin oinment. Cheeks continued to have erythematous rash several days after vaccination- today, the rash is erythematous and poorly defined with overlying papules present. Not itchy or painful. No fevers. No vomiting. No other skin rashes.
