Symptom narrative

Pt reports receiving first and second COVID19 vaccine series in 04/21/2021 and 5/12/2021. She became pregnant after receiving COVID19 vaccination with last menstrual period of 9/10/2021 and subsequently miscarried at 13w5d after abnormal nuchal translucency ultrasound. She underwent D&E and genetic testing was positive for Trisomy 18.
