THE PATIENT EXPRESSED THAT ABOUT 20 MINUTES AFTER HAVING BEEN ADMINISTERED THE VACCINE SHE FELT DIZZY. THEN ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29 IN THE AFTERNOON THROUGH A CALL THE PATIENT LET US KNOW THAT HER ARM HURT, THAT SHE COULD NOT LIFT IT AND THAT IT WAS SWOLLEN
