Patient presented with red, itchy and irritated arm at the injection site since Sunday

Medical history

patient does have MS, she states she had a small reaction with her first dose and didnt come in as it was more mild but patient presented today with a very red, irritated and itchy arm after the second shingrix dose

Other medications

patient has not taken any otc remedies for this yet

Allergies

only allergic to codeine
