The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 29-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) oral solution, 2 ml, orally, lot# 2208058, expiration date: 04-Jun-2027 (dose number was not reported), for prophylaxis (Product storage issue). On an unknown date before administration, the vaccine underwent a temperature excursion of 33.7 Fahrenheit (F) degrees for 40 minutes. There was no previous temperature excursion. No symptoms and no additional adverse event were reported.
