underage; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 8-year-old patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number X449Y) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: underage). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-APR-2026 The other healthcare professional had received a shot record from another state that stated the child received boostrix and they were trying to confirm if the lot number was associated with boostrix. The reason for the question was the child was only 8 years of age.
