The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 04-May-2026, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with an expired dose of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ), 1 dosage form, total, lot number: 2096656 (expiration date: 19-Apr-2026) (exact dose, route of administration and dose number in series were not reported) as prophylaxis (Expired product administered). It was confirmed that the product had never experienced a temperature excursion. No additional adverse event reported (No adverse event).
