patient developed headache that evening after receiving dose around 2pm. woke up around midnight with headache. patient with continued headaches which was reported to this RN on 5/5/26. patient is taking Tylenol which gives him some relief, but symptoms are continuing after it wears off. denies dizziness, numbness, tingling, or visual changes. does report some light sensitivity with headache. recommended that patient follow up with his PCP or other provider if symptoms continue after 1 week post vaccine administration or if further symptoms develop.
Diabetes Type I, sore on toe was on amoxicillin for off for last 2 weeks.
