Symptom narrative

Patient received first dose of Hep B vaccine on April 27th, 2026. She felt itchy at injection site, the next day she noticed a raised rash that was tender to touch, itchy and hard. Applied cold compresses. After 7 days, rash still present measuring 50mm x 50mm, continuing with symptoms of tenderness, itchiness and hardened.
