Symptom narrative

Late January 2026 the patient developed a repeat of the left elbow joint pain and swelling and a large eczema patch on the lateral elbow. 3 weeks later, patient developed right knee joint pain and swelling. No specific diagnosis made to date but there is a positive AntiNuclear Antibody blood test. I've encouraged patient to seek a diagnosis from rheumatology.

Previous left elbow joint swelling and pain, lasting for a few years.
