administration of Engerix-B Adult; overdose; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of adult product administered to child in a child female patient who received HBV (Engerix B adult) (batch number EB92X, expiry date 10-DEC-2027) for prophylaxis. On 13-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Engerix B adult (left thigh). On 13-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B adult, the patient experienced adult product administered to child (Verbatim: administration of Engerix-B Adult) and overdose (Verbatim: overdose). The outcome of the adult product administered to child and overdose were not applicable.
