Symptom narrative

PER PARENTS REPORT- States that that evening he was complaining of leg pain at site of reaction. Shortly after that same night he started developing a rash, states that it started on his legs and has progressively spread to trunk, bilateral cheeks, back of neck, and arms. He still active and playful and does not seem to be bothered by this. He does endorse mild itching. Denies any known previous allergies. States that he has not had any new food or exposure to anything else. Patient was up-to-date on vaccines prior to this. Denies known allergy to gelatin.
