I did clinicals to the PT that came to WIC to get her immunization up today. She got HPV Lot# Y020464 (left deltoid), FLU LOT#73BN2 (left deltoid), MCV4 LOT#U8661AA(Right deltoid) and MEN B LOT#GX1463 (right deltoid) after I finish her vaccine administrated, she fainted while sitting in her chair onsite. Mom grabbed her and we assisted to not fall into the chair. She was not responsive like one minute and then she woke up and Nurse asked her if she knew her where she was and she said yes. Nurse asked her todays date and she PT responded 05/05/2026. Nurse asked her what her name and she was responded correctly. PT vital signs were initiated @ 2:30pm ( B/P:115/77, P: 55, T: 97.5 and R:18) @2:45PM ( B/P: 98/74, P:68 and R:18) and 2:55pm (B/P: 99/69, P:68 and R:18) @3:10pm after continue observation Pt stated to felt fine. Mom was told that we will be given a F/U call within 24 hrs. Mom was also recommended that if her daughter symptoms got worse, she can go to an urgent care or ER. Also, the PT stated that she didnt eat before coming to get her shots.
