Symptom narrative

The patient picked up a prescription and asked if she could get her tetanus shot as it was due and I obliged. However, patient received Boostrix 4 months prior to the dose on 04/29/2026, which came to my attention after the fact. She has been contacted and not experiencing any side effects.
