pt reported to us today that her left arm became swollen,red,itchy, and had burning sensation. this started approx 1 week after vaccine was given and she reported it to her psychiatrist at routine visit, wasnt reported to pharmacy until today 5/5/26. she still is experiencing redness burning and itching at site, swelling has resolved
