Patient presents today for: flu like symptoms. Started in the middle of the night. Woke up with severe Headache. Was seen in clinic with laceration to right thumb yesterday and received Tdap. Now has hives on bilateral legs, fever, body aches, chills, feel weak. She used OTC hydrocortisone on legs and hives are almost gone. Denies vomiting or diarrhea. Mild SOA currently. Was worse earlier but she was very anxious and got herself calmed down. OTC: hydrocortisone, Tylenol, ibuprofen, Benadryl Took hydrocodone 5mg Denies swelling of the face and throat, a fast heartbeat, dizziness. Denies fainting, seizure activity. Denies previous reaction to Tdap. Fever: 99.9 at home and 100.9 currently.
