Symptom narrative

The evening following vaccination, Patient felt feverish, shaking chills. The next morning felt slightly off with some blurry vision. Later the afternoon of 4/21/26 she experienced a seizure after getting her hair cut without any other identifiable precipitating cause or risk factor
