I didn't get second shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (received first dose on an unknown date without batch number and expiry date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I didn't get second shot). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
