Penmenvy liquid portion only administration; Penmenvy liquid portion only administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old male patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 499J9-B, expiry date 03-APR-2028) for prophylaxis. On 22-APR-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 22-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid portion only administration) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid portion only administration). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
