Symptom narrative

Patient called morning after getting the vaccine to report extreme pain at injection site, even after taking multiple doses of Tylenol. Also complains of feeling very "yucky". Wanted to make sure we were aware because patient feels it "is not a normal type of pain to a vaccine."
