it lights up the lymph nodes in my back; Had a little bump; Had bruising on the skin; The skin is warm to touch no some type of inflammation; chills; no sore muscle except the deltoid; Her skin was bothering her right at her shoulder blade, at 9 o'clock position; Aches; This spontaneous report was received from a 66-year-old Female patient and referred to herself. The patient's concurrent condition included Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility type. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, she was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) 168 mcg/ml (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiry date were not provided) as prophylaxis. On 26-Apr-2026, the patient reported "it lights up the lymph nodes in my back" (lymphadenopathy). In addition, she had aches (pain) and chills, she developed a little bump (mass), however she was expecting more. On that same day, her skin was bothering her right at her shoulder blade, at 9 o'clock position (skin discomfort) and she had bruising on the skin (contusion), no sore muscle except the deltoid (myalgia). The skin was warm to touch no some type of inflammation (skin warm). No treatment was given for the reported adverse events. At the time of reporting, the outcome of the events was not provided. The causal relationship between the events and the suspect vaccine was considered as related since the reporter believe "the product was doing its thing".
